The MediBadge story begins with retired Omaha dentist, Laren Teutsch. In addition to running his dental practice and teaching dentistry at Creighton University Dental School, an energetic Laren Teutsch operated a company called Professional Education Products (PEP). In the 1960's and early 1970's, PEP operated as an audio/visual company providing film strips to dentists to help educate young patients about the importance of good oral healthcare.

Laren's oldest son, Stan, worked a variety of odd jobs for PEP throughout high school. Stan saw great potential in the business. In 1975, the young entrepreneur purchased PEP and began offering stickers and other motivational products for dentists to use alongside the film strips. The stickers or 'badges' featuring 'Peppy the Champ' became an instant hit. Over the next few years, more stickers were added to serve both dental and medical professionals. In 1977, the first catalog was mailed allowing PEP to more easily connect with customers throughout the US. In 1980, with the success of the badges in the healthcare community, a new company was born -- MediBadge, Inc.

Throughout the 1980s, MediBadge continued to grow and by 1990 was supplying stickers to a wider variety of businesses and schools under a second catalog title, Rewards Unlimited. In addition to expanding our classic line of MediBadge stickers, new product lines were continually developed to help reward and motivate children. And our customers told us again and again... 'Kids LOVE Stickers'. In 1999, the two catalog titles were combined under the umbrella name, Kids Love Stickers!®.

Today, MediBadge offers the best selection of innovative stickers and quality prizes through our Kids Love Stickers catalog and website. We are passionate about our products and believe that even a simple sticker can make a difference in a child's day.
